My Experience
As a Certified Professional Coach (CPC), I follow the International Coaching Federation (ICF) code of ethics. My 20+ years of experience includes focusing on organizational effectiveness / talent management, and my goal has always been to give my employees / my clients the tools, training, and coaching they need to become more confident and competent in their roles. I have led international teams of trainers and operations managers. I have coached executives, managers and frontline staff for global fortune 500 companies.
I have enjoyed teaching for prestigious Exeuctive MBA Programs here in the US, Singapore and the Philippines. My diverse background includes working with Fortune 500 companies, franchisors, technology startups, professional services and large organizations going through significant restructuring.
Additionally, I am a Certified Train the Trainer (TTT) and a Modern Classroom Certified Trainer (MCCT), so I am well-equit to make virtual learning much more fun and engaging!
My mission
As an organizational change agent, I thoroughly enjoy rolling up my sleeves and teaching grown-ups how to play nice in the sandbox. This includes everything from leadership development, talent management strategies, elmployee engagement & retention, creatng world class training programs and succession planning.
For individuals, my focus is on helping you create a career action plan that will help you achieve your career goals. Remember though, Rome was not build in a day. It takes hard work, dedication, planning...and time...to achieve some of your career goals.
